When will I receive my e-net login and stand location confirmed?

You will receive your E-Net login once we have received your confirmation and payment. The stand location can be found under your account information on E-Net.

 

I have not received my E-Net login details, what do I do?

If you have not received your E-Net login details please email [email protected]

 

I have questions about my participation in the show, who can I speak to?

What is the location of my stand?

The stand location can be found under your account information on E-Net. Please contact your account manager for hall plans.

 

How do I register my passes?

Passes must be registered through E-net.

 

Can we park on-site during build-up?

Yes, Exhibitors can enter via Gate A and park in Car Park 1.

 

Where can I park during the show?

Vehicle labels for the onsite car parks can be purchased via E-Net. There is also free parking in the offsite Queens Parade Car Park with a free shuttle bus to the show.

 

What are the important deadlines?

You will be able to find all the important deadlines via your E-net Account.

 

How do contractors receive their own login details for E-net?

You will need to register your official contractor through E-net, they will then receive their own login details.

 

What level of insurance is required for the show?

The insurance cover will need to be at the value of £5 million.

When is the next Farnborough International Airshow?

The next instalment of Farnborough International Airshow will take place on 22-26 July 2024. Please note, this is a biennial event, and there is no Airshow in 2023.

 

How do I purchase a pass?

Who can register?

Trade audiences can purchase a pass to attend the airshow (Monday-Friday). Tickets can now be purchased through our website. Book your pass now!

Public visitors are invited to purchase a pass to Pioneers of Tomorrow (Friday), our careers-focused public day. Book your tickets now!

 

Can I buy passes on the day?

We encourage all Trade Visitors to register in advance to save both time and money. There will be limited facilities for visitors to register on the day and there is an increased cost. There will be a wait whilst your registration is processed and verified and this may delay you entering the show.

Pioneers of Tomorrow Passes are limited and we would encourage you to register in advance. We cannot guarantee there will be passes for sale at the gate on the day.

 

How can I obtain a supporting visa application letter?

If you require support in applying for a visa to enter the country, FIL can assist by supplying a supporting visa application letter.

  • A copy of your print at home FIA2024 trade visitor pass
  • Passport number and expiry date
  • Dates of entry and exit in the UK

 

Please note that the supporting letter we provide is to confirm we have accepted your registration to attend the Farnborough International Airshow 2024. FIL take no responsibility for the verification of an individual’s identity, nor can we be held responsible for bearing any costs associated with your visa application &/or visit to the Airshow.

Are children allowed into the event?

Due to the nature of the event children are not allowed into the Airshow during trade week, however on the Friday we open our doors to a limited number of the general public for our Pioneers of Tomorrow event.

 

What is Pioneers of Tomorrow

Aimed at students, apprentices, graduates and young professionals interested in a career in the sector, this event has been created to inspire future generations and enable companies to highlight the opportunities they have on offer. What facilities are there for disabled visitors?

Disabled facilities include:

Complimentary carer pass for those accompanying a disabled visitor

Disabled car parking

Disabled toilets across the show site

Show mobility

Medical assistance if required from the onsite Medical Centre

Whilst we do not allow animals on site, guide and assistance dogs are permitted.

 

Is there disabled parking available?

There is a disabled car park onsite which is free of charge to blue badge holders. Access is via Gate F. Please display your blue badge in your car as you approach and follow the yellow AA event signage. You will be directed by Traffic Marshals to the disabled car park. Spaces are on a first come first served basis. Should all the spaces be full, you will be directed to one of the outer car parks. All of our car parks are serviced by accessible shuttle buses which will bring you to the show.

 

What toilet facilities are there on site?

There are accessible toilets available across the Farnborough International Airshow site both within the exhibition halls and throughout the outdoor exhibition areas.

 

I am disabled, can my carer come for free?

The Airshow organiser will give one complimentary pass to carers or companions accompanying registered disabled visitors. Please email your visitor pass confirmation email and documentation to support your request to [email protected].

 

Can I hire electric scooters or wheelchairs?

Show mobility services operate at the airshow and there will be a limited number of electric scooters and wheelchairs at the airshow for disabled visitors to book in advance. The contact details for this service are:

How do I get a Flying Display schedule?

A daily schedule will be available on site on each day, as well as on the website nearer the event. Aircraft listings will also be available on the Official Airshow app – available in the weeks leading up to the show and free to download from the app store. 

 

Where is the best location to view the Flying Displays?

The best location to view the Flying Displays is in the open areas in front of the chalet rows or from the chalets themselves.

Media can photograph the Flying Display from the Media Centre balcony or the broadcast platform.

 

Will the Airshow site be very noisy during the flying displays?

The Airshow site will be very loud during the Flying Displays. The displays may include fast jets that can be considerably noisy. 

 

Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?

The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated alongside the runway and aircraft locations will be printed within the programme.  Please refer to our site map for further details.

 

What aircraft are on display?

We will publish Aircraft listings as and when we are able to announce them. Please check the website and our social media accounts for further details.

What happens in the event of extreme weather? Will the show still go ahead?

The Flying Display will take place if it is raining. However, the organiser retains the right to cancel any part of the Flying Display due to adverse weather conditions.

How do Media register for a Media Pass?

Media will have to submit their media accreditation application through the Farnborough International Airshow website. Please note that all accreditation applications are subject to approval.

Travel to Farnborough in as little as 35 minutes by train from London Waterloo or access the venue by car from the M3. What is Pioneers of Tomorrow?

Taking place on Friday 26 July, Farnborough International Airshow will open its doors to the public for Pioneers of Tomorrow, a dedicated STEM-focused event designed to inspire and engage the next generation of aerospace leaders. Learn more about Pioneers of Tomorrow.

Pioneers of Tomorrow is open to everyone, no matter your age or background, from aviation enthusiasts to someone discovering the wonders of aerospace for the first time.

What type of food & drink can I buy on site?

There will a number of catering facilities located across the show site offering a variety of choices suitable for dietary requirements. There is a café in each of the exhibition halls and an outdoor food court, “The Square”, offering artisan take-away options. Seating is available in all food areas.

 

Can I bring my own food & drink?

Visitors are permitted to bring their own picnics. Please ensure that you do not bring any sharp items i.e. knives and corkscrews. These will be confiscated at the gate.

 

Can I take photos or film during the show?

The use of photographic equipment is allowed for private domestic purposes only. All other recording and any transmission is strictly prohibited. As a condition of entry to the Airshow you assign to the Organiser (by way of a present assignment of future copyright) the copyright in any photographs or recordings you make at the Airshow.

 

What toilet facilities are there on site?

There are plenty of toilet facilities on site. There is also an accessible toilet and drinking water in each toilet block.

 

Is there drinking water available on site?

Free drinking water stations can be found throughout the site. These are clearly marked on the map and on the wayfinding signage.

 

What do I do if I need medical assistance?

In the event of injury or illness, locate the Medical Centre near Gate E (detailed on Show Map) or contact any of the Organisers or Security Staff who will arrange assistance. If emergency assistance is required, please dial 01252 636999 or 999.

 

Is smoking/vaping allowed on site?

Designated areas will be provided for smoking and vaping.
