Showcasing the endless possibilities of aerospace careers in STEAM-focussed roles and beyond, the Careers Fair at Pioneers of Tomorrow hosted companies from across aerospace highlighting the broad range of roles available within the aviation sector.

Specialist careers advisors were on hand at Pioneers of Tomorrow to help visitors discover the right path. Offering everything from CV advice to career progression assistance, our team of advisors were here to provide the support and guidance needed.
Students, graduates, apprentices and young professionals had the opportunity to speak with aerospace industry advisors offering personal career perspectives and advice, provided by Pioneers of Tomorrow partners.
Additionally, visitors to Pioneers of Tomorrow had access to the qualified team of careers advisors from the National Careers Service, provided in conjunction with Rushmoor Borough Council.
