Is there a deadline for booking exhibition space at FIA2026?

Exhibition space in our halls and chalets sell extremely quickly, so to reserve your preferred location we recommend booking as soon as possible. We also run different rates throughout the year so the sooner you book the better rate you'll receive.

What is E-Net?

E-Net is the online portal where exhibitors, contractors and official suppliers can order services, register for passes, submit show profiles and much more. Exhibitors will be sent a link once they have paid for their space. Contractors must be added by the exhibitor via E-Net.

When will I receive my E-Net log in?

You will receive your E-Net login once we have received your confirmation and payment.

How do I access E-Net?

The easiest way to access E-Net is via the top menu of the FIA26 website.

I have not received my E-Net login details, what do I do?

If you have not received your E-Net login details please email [email protected]

How do I register my passes?

Passes must be registered through E-net. Please note that passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and valid for the registered visitor only.

How do contractors receive their own login details for E-Net?

Exhibitors will need to register their official contractor through E-Net. Contractors will then receive their own login details.

What are the important deadlines?

You will be able to find all the important deadlines via your E-Net account by checking the task list. Important dates are also shown in the Event Manual

What is the location of my stand?

If you are unsure of your stand number or its location, please contact your account manager as they can share this information with you.

Do we have to use the furniture included in the premium shell scheme package or can we change this?

Once you have bought the premium shell scheme package you can speak to Showlite who are the Official Supplier for the build and supply of the stand. You can upgrade your furniture package at an additional cost.

Where do we buy Welcome Reception Passes from?

Welcome Reception tickets can be booked through E-Net from May 2026.

What time can I access the site on the first day of the show?

Exhibitors will have access to the site from 06:00 each day.

Who are the official service providers/ suppliers for FIA and where can I find their information?

What are the build-up and break-down times?

Details regarding build-up and breakdown times can be found in the Event Manual and the Operations Toolkit.

Can we park on site during build up?

Before 13th July Exhibitors must enter site via Gate I

After 13th July Exhibitors may enter via Gate A. This is for access to Car Park 1 ONLY. Exhibitors will not be permitted to drive around site. If they wish to drive around site, they must go through Gate I.

Where can I park during the show?

Onsite parking is limited and primarily reserved for exhibitors and approved permit holders. Vehicle labels for onsite car parks (1,5,6 and 8) are available to purchase via E-Net, subject to availability.

We strongly recommend planning to use the free Queens Parade offsite car park and shuttle buses wherever possible.

What level of insurance is required for the show?

The insurance cover will need to be at the value of £5 million.

How can Exhibitors get involved in Pioneers of Tomorrow?

As an exhibitor at FIA2026, you have the exclusive opportunity to meet with a new, inspired and motivated audience, interested in exploring the wide variety of careers in the aerospace sector. Taking place on the Friday of the airshow, we encourage you to host hands-on activities and networking events on your stands, designed to captivate the imagination of young minds.

How can I obtain a supporting visa application letter?

If you require a letter to support your application for a visa to enter the country for the show, please log into your E-Net account and follow the below steps:

  1. Visit "Register Your People" and then "Already Registered"
  2. Click on the airplane icon, where you can fill in the passport and travel details
  3. Download the letter

What are the dates of the Farnborough International Airshow?

The trade show dates are Monday 20 July to Friday 24 July 2026.Members of the public may attend Pioneers of Tomorrow which takes place on Friday 24 July. 

What time does the show start and end?

20 July - 10:00 - 16:00

21-24 July - 09:00 - 17:30

Who can attend during the trade week?

From Monday to Friday the Farnborough International Airshow is  a trade event. Monday to Thursday content is entirely business focussed and not suitable for the broader public. Visitors Monday - Thursday must be 16 or over at the time of their visit.

The show is open to all on Pioneers of Tomorrow - Friday 24 July.

 

How do I purchase a pass?

Please register online to attend as a trade visitor. Buy your trade passes here.

Are there any concessions?

There are no concessions available Monday - Thursday. Passes can be purchased online at FIA Trade Registration Farnborough International Airshow.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment cards: VISA<VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO. We do not accept payment on invoice.

Can I buy passes on the day?

We encourage all Trade Visitors to register in advance to save both time and money. There will be limited facilities for visitors to register on the day and there is an increased cost. There will be a wait whilst your registration is processed and verified and this may delay you entering the show.

Pioneers of Tomorrow Passes are limited and we would encourage you to register in advance. We cannot guarantee there will be passes for sale at the gate on the day.

 

How can I obtain a supporting visa application letter?

If you require support in applying for a visa to enter the country, FIL can assist by supplying a supporting visa application letter.

Visitors will receive a confirmation email once their pass has been approved. This email includes a link to the Visitor Portal where you can download a supporting visa letter. Please note that you must log in using the same email address used during registration.

Are children allowed into the event?

Due to the nature of the event, children under 16 are not allowed into the Airshow on Monday-Thursday.

Children, families and the wider public are invited to attend the show on Friday for our Pioneers of Tomorrow event. This event features activities for all ages, including STEM activities, a Careers Hub and much more!

 

What is Pioneers of Tomorrow

Aimed at students, apprentices, graduates and young professionals interested in a career in the sector, this event has been created to inspire future generations and enable companies to highlight the opportunities they have on offer. Who can attend Pioneers of Tomorrow?

Is there a group booking discount and how do I register to attend?

While we are not currently able to offer a group discount, organised educational and youth groups may be entitled to free entry on Pioneers of Tomorrow. Please apply online here

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Pioneers of Tomorrow passes are limited and we would encourage you to register in advance. We cannot guarantee there will be passes for sale at the gate on the day.

I have accessibility needs; how can I communicate this to you?

We would like everyone to have the best possible experience at Farnborough International Airshow. While the venue has some accessibility limitations, our team has put additional measures in place to support attendees wherever possible. 

If you have access requirements or concerns, we strongly encourage you to get in touch with us ahead of time. We'll do our best to understand your needs and work with you to make your visit as smooth and as comfortable as we can. Please fill in our online form here

 

Is there accessible parking available?

There is an accessible car park onsite which is free of charge to blue badge holders. Access is via Gate F. Please display your blue badge in your car as you approach and follow the yellow AA event signage. You will be directed by traffic marshals to the accessible car park. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Should all the spaces be full, you will be directed to one of the outer car parks. All of our car parks are serviced by accessible shuttle buses which will bring you to the show. 

The public car park known as Queens Parade may be the best option for you if you use a self-propelled or manual wheelchair due to the distance to travel.

If you are planning to hire a mobility scooter you can collect your scooter from the the show mobility cabin in the accessibility car park. A step free map will be provided in advance or at the show mobility cabin on arrival.

Please note that taxis will not be permitted onsite beyond the taxi rank or the Queens Parade drop off unless they require access to the accessible car park via Gate F using the blue badge assigned to the passenger.

Are there accessible toilets onsite?

There are accessible toilets at all toilet facilities throughout the venue. For specific locations or more details, please contact [email protected] who have layouts and locations of all accessible toilets.

 

I require a Carer to assist me with my visit to the show, can my Carer come for free?

The Airshow organiser will give one complimentary pass to carers or companions accompanying registered disabled visitors  and exhibitors. This applies to both trade and adult Pioneers of Tomorrow registrations.

Please email your visitor pass confirmation and valid documentation to support your request to [email protected]. Upon approval we will send your Carer a link to register for a complimentary pass.

Valid documentation must be dated in the last 12 months and can be (but are not limited to) any of the following examples:

  • Access Card/Certificate
  • Blue Badge
  • Carer Card
  • Carers Allowance
  • DLA
  • DWP
  • Medical Document (Consultant/GP letter)
  • PIP
  • Universal Credit

 

My child requires a Carer. Can I have a free Carer ticket?

Young people aged 21 and under can enter the show free of charge on Friday 24th July. The Airshow organiser will give one complimentary pass to carers or companions accompanying registered disabled visitors.

Please email the valid documentation (please see list above) to support your request to [email protected]. Upon approval, we will send a link to register for a complimentary pass.

 

Can I bring my animal companion to the show?

Whilst we do not allow animals onsite; guide, service, assistance, and support dogs are permitted. 

Assistance animals are welcome at our venue, however they must be trained to an appropriate standard, must show appropriate behaviour during their visit and must always remain under control. We recommend the use of passport schemes such as those offered by Assistance Dog International (ADI) or the International Guide Dog Association (IGDF) or the Assistance Dog Assessment Association which allow easy recognition of training and suitability for the environment. Anyone bringing an assistance animal onsite (that does not have a visible harness) can collect an animal pass from a member of the venue team at the entrance. This will allow the animal and owner to remain at the show uninterrupted. No other dogs or pets are permitted.

Can I hire electric mobility scooters or wheelchairs?

Yes - Community First operate onsite throughout the Airshow as the official provider of mobility support services. They supply a limited number of self-drive electric mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs, which can be prebooked in advance via their online booking system.

Community First also manage a dedicated support helpline to assist visitors with mobility needs during the event.

How do I get around site?

For visitors and exhibitors requiring step-free routes, please email [email protected] to request our Step-Free Access Map, which highlights the most accessible pathways across the site.

While onsite Community First (our official show mobility supplier) are available to support visitors and exhibitors with limited mobility. Their services include:

An online booking system, allowing visitors and exhibitors to pre-book mobility support in advance

Is there any lift access?

Hall 1 is the only multi-level exhibition hall on the FIA26 site. A lift is available to access the first floor, located at both the East and West entrances. 

All other exhibition halls (Halls 2,3 and 4) are single level. If you require support moving around these areas or help navigating ramps and accessible routes, Community First are available to assist.  They can provide mobility scooters, wheelchairs and onsite assistance to help visitors access all public spaces of the event.

Please be aware that many of our outside event spaces are grass and are uneven underfoot. Non stepped access is available to all areas of the site although the route may be longer.

Do you provide Digital Wayfinding?

We provide some digital wayfinding in the conference area of Hall 1

How do I provide feedback?

All feedback provided through the detailed channels by any persons shall be acknowledged within 48 hours and where appropriate a call to action shall be shared with said person within 5 working days. We will provide a timescale for completion of the call to action and will, where appropriate communicate the improvements made once they have been completed.

How do I get a Flying Display schedule?

A daily schedule will be available on site on each day, as well as on the website nearer the event. Aircraft listings will also be available on the Official Airshow app – available in the weeks leading up to the show and free to download from the app store. 

 

Where is the best location to view the Flying Displays?

The best location to view the Flying Displays is in the open areas in front of the chalet rows or from the chalets themselves.

Media can photograph the Flying Display from the Media Centre balcony or the broadcast platform.

 

Will the Airshow site be very noisy during the flying displays?

The Airshow site will be very loud during the Flying Displays. The displays may include fast jets that can be considerably noisy. 

 

Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?

The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated alongside the runway and aircraft locations will be printed within the programme.  Please refer to our site map for further details.

 

What aircraft are on display?

We will publish Aircraft listings as and when we are able to announce them. Please check the website and our social media accounts for further details. 

Aircraft listings will also be available on the Official Airshow app – available in the weeks leading up to the show and free to download from the app store.

 

What happens in the event of extreme weather? Will the show still go ahead?

The Flying Display will take place if it is raining. However, the organiser retains the right to cancel any part of the Flying Display due to adverse weather conditions.

How do Media register for a Media Pass?

Media will have to submit their media accreditation application through the Farnborough International Airshow website. Please note that all accreditation applications are subject to approval. 

Exhibitor press releases will be available to view at a later date. 

The Farnborough International Airshow is located south-west of London and is served by strong national and international travel links. Travel to Farnborough in as little as 35 minutes by train from London Waterloo or access the venue by car from the M3. For those travelling by air, Heathrow is only 30 minutes away and Gatwick is only 50 minutes by car. Farnborough Airport, adjacent to the venue, is one of Europe’s leading business airports for private flights from around the world.

Free car parking is available at Queens Parade with a free shuttle bus service to the show site. Please follow the yellow AA road signs marked with a blue "P", or VMS (electronic) signage.

Blue badge holders can park on site for free in Car Park 6 with a free service into the show site offered by Community First, please follow the blue badge AA signage which will direct you to Gate F.

Traffic

Will I be able to access my work/home during the Airshow?

Yes, access to all roads will be possible throughout the event, however, you may have to follow sign-posted diversions. Relevant information regarding impacted roads, and the timings applicable, will be released ahead of each airshow.

Traffic Management Plans are produced in consultation with our appointed traffic specialist and reviewed by both Hampshire Police and Hampshire Country Council.

What type of food & drink can I buy on site?

There will a number of catering facilities located across the show site offering a variety of choices suitable for dietary requirements. There is a café in each of the exhibition halls and an outdoor food court, offering artisan take-away options. Seating is available in all food areas.

 

Can I bring my own food & drink?

Visitors are permitted to bring their own picnics. Please ensure that you do not bring any sharp items i.e. knives and corkscrews. These will be confiscated at the gate.

 

Can I take photos or film during the show?

The use of photographic equipment is allowed for private domestic purposes only. All other recording and any transmission is strictly prohibited. As a condition of entry to the Airshow you assign to the Organiser (by way of a present assignment of future copyright) the copyright in any photographs or recordings you make at the Airshow.

 

What toilet facilities are there on site?

There are plenty of toilet facilities on site. There is also an accessible toilet and drinking water in each toilet block.

 

Is there drinking water available on site?

Free drinking water stations can be found throughout the site. These are clearly marked on the map and on the wayfinding signage.

 

What do I do if I need medical assistance?

In the event of injury or illness, locate the Medical Centre near Gate E (detailed on Show Map) or contact any of the Organisers or Security Staff who will arrange assistance. If emergency assistance is required, please dial 01252 636999 or 999.

 

Is smoking/vaping allowed on site?

Designated areas will be provided for smoking and vaping.
