We use CCTV systems to record images to assist in the provision of a safe and secure environment for the benefit of those that work at or visit our offices and/or venue, and for the protection of our property. Monitoring of CCTV systems helps us to:

  • maintain public safety
  • maintain the security of our property
  • assist in the prevention of crime
  • reduce the fear of crime and offer reassurance to staff
  • facilitate the apprehension and prosecution of offenders in relation to crime

Access to our CCTV system and any associated recorded images is strictly controlled. CCTV images will not be retained for any longer than is required. Typically, CCTV footage is deleted after 30 days unless we need to keep it for longer, for example to respond to a claim. A copy of our CCTV Policy is available on request.

We will keep your personal data for a maximum period of 7 years from the time you last contacted us.

We use your personal data collected from our website usage to track activities on our website and ensure that content from our site is tailored in the most effective manner for you and for your computer. We will keep your website usage data for the time prescribed in our cookies policy.
