Our dedicated Careers Hub was designed to connect exhibitors with the next generation of aerospace leaders, innovators and pioneers.
Offering students, graduates and young professionals access to one-to-one specialist careers advice sessions, an aerospace-focussed careers fair, industry-led careers seminars and a live Jobs Board, exhibitors could highlight the roles they were looking to fill. The Careers Hub acted as an active step forward in helping aerospace companies tackle the skills shortage.

Pioneers of Tomorrow provided exhibitors an opportunity to engage with and inspire an audience of future aerospace professionals.

To help showcase the range of opportunities available for young people entering the aerospace industry, exhibitors applied for additional Friday-only Apprentice Passes.
These passes were created to encourage a company’s apprentices, graduates, trainees and HR representatives to attend the Airshow, share their experiences with Pioneers of Tomorrow attendees and to be on hand to answer any questions they may have about entering the industry.
Exhibitors ensured they received maximum exposure and attracted even more visitors to their stand by completing a Pioneers of Tomorrow profile.
This profile was an opportunity to show visitors how you will be participating, and was available for visitors to see on the Pioneers of Tomorrow website, the Farnborough International Airshow app and a special Friday show guide that was distributed on the day.
Become a Speaker
Exhibitors were invited to inspire the future scientists, technicians, mathematicians and engineers of the aerospace industry by telling their story at Pioneers of Tomorrow.
With a dedicated theatre programme of talks, panels and Q&A sessions from today’s aerospace pioneers, inspirational figures and industry leaders, we welcomed exhibitors to share their experiences with the next generation and highlight what it takes to push beyond the boundaries of aviation in the modern world.
