As artificial intelligence and advanced analytics technologies rapidly evolve, MRO executives view digital as core to improving aircraft availability and operational performance over the next 3-5 years. For companies that have already deployed digital, the results are clear. Companies are seeing a 10-20% reduction in maintenance spend, 5%+ revenue uplift, and 10%+ increase in engineering support. However, achieving this aspiration will require a fundamental change in how MROs develop, deploy, and scale digital today.

In this session we will discuss the challenges airline MROs are facing, and how digital technology will impact MRO in the next 3-5 years. The panel discussion will focus on the latest trends in MRO (including market forecast), the significance of utilizing digital to unlock untapped value, and the criticality of developing a digital strategy to remain competitive. It will offer best practices on how to deploy digital, based on learnings from MRO organizations that have successfully scaled digital and will feature perspectives from McKinsey industry and digital experts, and findings from McKinsey's global survey of 40+ airline and MRO executives and experts.
